Wink Dot Media ships orders within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Return Policy

We want you to love your Wink Dot Media purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds
