Each design reflects the strength, beauty, and journey of someone who has faced life-changing challenges, using art as a path to healing.

A portion of the proceeds from this sale will be donated to the Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Resource Foundation in honor of this artist.

About the art and artist:

Lianna Lombardo’s story is one of honesty, vulnerability, and being exactly where she is in her healing journey. Her scars—from a port placement, lumpectomy, and lymph node removal—are still fresh in the way they feel, even if time has passed. When she approached her artwork, Lianna didn’t try to transform or reinterpret them. Instead, she chose something deeply brave—she drew them exactly as they are.

For Lianna, the idea of seeing her scars as beautiful isn’t something she’s ready to embrace just yet. And rather than forcing that perspective, she honored her truth. Still, within that honesty, there is hope. She chose colors that reflect that quiet, growing belief—that one day, her view might shift, and she may be able to see beauty where today she simply sees reality.

Her piece becomes a powerful reminder that healing isn’t linear, and it doesn’t have to be rushed. Sometimes, the most meaningful step forward is simply acknowledging where you are—and allowing hope to gently lead the way.
