Kimberly’s ScART Story

Kimberly’s scars tell a powerful story—of a double mastectomy, port placement, lymph node removal, and navel reconstruction. Her painting flows from the bottom up, each color a meaningful reflection of her journey.

🖤 Black speaks to the uncertainty she faced—the terrifying question: Will I live or die?

💙 Dark blue waves carry the deep sadness of grieving a body that no longer felt whole.

💧 Light blue is the peace of God that carried her—peace that surpasses all understanding.
